The Kind Warrior Project is a wellbeing practice space for gay men — a much-needed third space beyond work, beyond home, and beyond the surface-level spaces where true connection can be hard to find.
This is a grounded refuge where gay men gather to slow down, come home to the body, and meet each other without performance. Through meditation, Dharma teaching, and somatic practice, we learn to stay in awareness of the current moment. Returning to presence is the practice.
Sangha, Trailhead, Basecamp, Private Practice, and Waypoints are different containers for the same practice. Each builds trust, embodiment, and honest connection between men. One practice, four doors in.
May we walk the path of the Kind Warrior — open-hearted, grounded, and brave enough to be kind.
Upcoming Trailhead : The Body as Refuge

"The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I have been looking for a community of men to share with, grow with and learn with. This provided me with all of the above."
— Barry P., Trailhead participant
