Private Practice is a personalized one-on-one meditation support for men who are beginning a grounded mindfulness practice
The Private Practice is not therapy, performance coaching, or spiritual self-improvement.
It is one-on-one guided meditation and conversation for men who want support beginning or deepening a grounded mindfulness practice.
Together, we create space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and build a steadier relationship with yourself in daily life.
Through meditation, embodied awareness, conversation, and simple practices, my intention is to help you become more comfortable and aware of your practice.
This work is meant to live beyond the session itself.
For some men, I can assist in designing a dedicated home practice space for meditation, reflection, and grounding.
Together we work on:
Guided meditation and breath awareness
Body-based grounding and somatic practice
Honest conversation and contemplative inquiry
Simple rhythms for daily practice and integration
Optional in-home support for creating a dedicated meditation space
From Private Practice to Community
Private Practice is one doorway into the larger Kind Warrior Project.
Some men begin one-on-one because they want a more personal, supported way to develop their practice. As the work deepens, there may be opportunities to join my men’s Sanghas, focused Trailhead workshops, or immersive Basecamp retreats.
These spaces allow the practice to move beyond the private session and into the shared field of community — where presence, honesty, and connection can be strengthened with other men walking a similar path.
I can begin working with you privately.
And when the time is right, you can continue in community.
