Some men begin one-on-one because they want a more personal, supported way to develop their practice. As the work deepens, there may be opportunities to join my men’s Sanghas, focused Trailhead workshops, or immersive Basecamp retreats.
These spaces allow the practice to move beyond the private session and into the shared field of community — where presence, honesty, and connection can be strengthened with other men walking a similar path.
You can begin privately.
And when the time is right, you can continue in community
Together we work on:
Guided meditation and breath awareness
Body-based grounding and somatic practice
Honest conversation and contemplative inquiry
Simple rhythms for daily practice and integration
Support for emotional steadiness, presence, and self-awareness
Optional in-home support for creating a dedicated meditation space
Private Practice is guided meditation, embodied awareness, and intentional conversation — support for men building a practice that feels steady, honest, and sustainable. The focus is direct experience, not performance or self-improvement.
Together, we create space to slow down, return to the body, and build a grounded relationship with yourself in daily life.
Through meditation, breath awareness, somatic practice, conversation, and simple integration tools, the aim is presence, emotional steadiness, and a closer connection to your own direct experience. This work is meant to live beyond the session itself.
For some men, I can also help design a dedicated home practice space — meditation, reflection, and grounding — creating an environment that supports the practice between sessions.
